Things you should know about Skye Ocean Nest
The open plan bachelor pad leads you straight out to a garden with braai facilities, where you can enjoy views of the Indian Ocean. 1 comfortable double bed, and quality cotton linens and towels add a touch of luxury to the Ocean Nest.
Fitted with fast – uncapped Wi-Fi, and a smart TV, this space offers a peaceful, distraction-free, environment from which to work productively and get creative. Alternatively, this is an ideal place to relax, unwind, and completely disconnect from the everyday hustle.
The kitchen is equipped with the basics for a minimalistic beach get-away: a small stove, coffee plunger, and kettle.
Bath & beach towels are provided as well as a beach umbrella. ๐
So, come as you are and enjoy the simple life.

PRIVACY (please note):
The Skye Ocean Nest is one of four accommodations of the Skye Beach Guesthouse (all bookable on Airbnb); it is neighbours with
(1)Skye Beach House (main deckhouse) which accommodates up to 6 people;
(2) Skye Beach Garden Villa which accommodates up to 8 people; and (3) Skye Beach Cottage which accommodates up to 5 people.
If other guests are staying at Skye Beach Guesthouse on the same days of your booking at the Ocean Nest, you will likely be aware of their presence at some point, they share the same driveway and parking area. Donโt be afraid though, as these are just fellow beach lovers looking to rest and revive in a tranquil location. ๐
The actual accommodations have their own private entrances, facilities (fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, etc). You may occasionally see/ hear other people but we appreciate all Skye Beach Guesthouse visitors to be respectful when it comes to noise (especially after 11 pm) โ we make that clear during the booking process.
It may also be worth mentioning that, although there is a charcoal braai and a nice bench outside of the unit there isn’t a completely private space to relax outside of the Nest… BUT there is a fantastic beach right at your doorstep… that offers a beautifully peaceful space to relax… so grab a chair and go relax there… As an added BONUS, if the Beach Cottage or Garden Villa are vacant you are more than welcome to use a large deck area at the back of the Nest or the terrace/garden space on the seaside of the Nest (with their own braai facilities). However, we would appreciate you keeping those spaces as neat as possible in the event that other guests check in soon after.
The Ocean Nest will be cleaned again after your departure unless you request an additional clean.
